This 41 apartment development has been designed around the heritage listed Hunters Hill Hotel, a local landmark on the northern-most point of the village shopping centre. The site provided for 6,000 sqm of both residential and commercial basement parking and significant public benefit including traffic lights and street upgrades.
The luxury apartments were all sold out before the development was completed.
The project consists of the refurbishment of the existing Hotel and the addition of 2500 sqm retail space and 41 luxury apartments. The Hotel forms the centrepiece of a vibrant mixed use development which aims to revitalize the Hunters Hill Village centre.
Design cues have been taken from the distinctive Hunters Hill Hotel and merged with contemporary ideas to create a dynamic yet contextual response to a prominent site. 41 apartments will benefit from environmentally sustainable design without compromising the standard of living. Expansive city views will stretch over Hunters Hill Peninsular to Lane Cove River to the north.
